Our commitment is to improve connectivity capacity at locations served by mobile clinics (medical and dental) and community health workers that supports quality, affordable, and efficient healthcare.

With over 40 years of experience in telecommunications, telemedicine technology, and the mobile healthcare sector, Freddie brings a wealth of knowledge in serving MCS clients.

Quinn is currently senior project manager for an international software development company. He serves MCS in managing business and financial services.
